The importance of having a funeral is to show respect and dignity for someone that has lived.  Funerals are about individuals and may be “personalized” in many ways.  Funeral ceremonies at a church, our chapel, or graveside, with a visitation or gathering are essential parts of the grieving process.  Many families make picture boards, photo CDs, videos, and gather mementos to display, remember and honor a person’s life.

When arranging a funeral, families may choose from the following:
A Traditional Funeral, which may be either a one or two day event and have a visitation with viewing.

A Memorial Service, again a one or two day event with a “gathering” or visitation.

A Graveside Service where the entire service is held at the cemetery.

In our pledge to the communities that we serve, Barbola Funeral Chapel offers services to any Impoverished family.  No family will be turned away because of their financial situation.

In order to provide you with financial flexibility we offer all families that we serve the following payment options to satisfy the financial obligations: Cash, Check, Credit Card, (we accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover), and Life Insurance Assignments.

We highly suggest that funds be placed in an Irrevocable Funeral Trust in advance of need! Due to the complexity and time involved, waiting on estates is not a preferred form of payment.
