William L. Kikendall Sr.

William Leo Kikendall Sr., age 86, of Redgranite, died peacefully surrounded by his family on Thursday, February 1, 2024, at ThedaCare Regional Medical Center-Neenah.

He was born November 28, 1937, in Springfield Ill, the son of Clyde and Mary Smith Kikendall. On December 6, 1958, he was united in marriage to Margaret Gruber at Trinity Lutheran Church in Redgranite.

Bill worked for Paine Lumber Company in Oshkosh for several years before venturing out on his own and going into business with his brother, John, as a contractor and builder for more than 50 years. Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing, fixing up houses for rent, and time in his large garden. Most importantly was the time he could spend with his children, grandchildren and other family members.
