Kathy L. Taylor
Kathy Lynn Taylor, age 59, died peacefully on December 24, 2019, at Whispering Pines in Ripon.
Kathy was born February 4, 1960, in Delray Beach, FL, the daughter of Floyd and Frances Jernigan Taylor. She lived most of her life in the Dalton area. She had been a cook at the Kingston House and later lived in Berlin and Ripon. Kathy loved animals and cooking for family gatherings. She loved spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by one son, John Hopkins; two daughters, Kathy Gardner (Justin) and Frances Arndt; her grandchildren, Even Severson and Dorian-Michael Reed; special friend, Brian Arndt; and his children, Justin Arndt and Monica Arndt; her brothers, Floyd Taylor, Charles Hinkel, and Lee Hinkel; and John’s dad, Mark Hopkins. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, December 31, at 11:00 a.m., at Greenwood Cemetery in the Town of Kingston.
